Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
Returns are free of charge — we will cover return shipping costs.

How to Initiate a Return

We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exemptions

Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom-made products, or items marked final sale. These will be clearly indicated on the product page.
If your item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
